As you will appreciate, this year it will not be possible for Friends of Shoreham Beach to hold a traditional AGM. Instead we are making use of the world of technology to create a virtual AGM on the 15^th March 2021.As with a normal AGM, the required documentation has been sent out to members by email – you can also see them here. To ensure members and friends are able to be involved and for members to vote, we are asking you to please get involved in two events (if you wish to join prior to the AGM and thus be eligible to vote, Membership forms are are downloadable)

1)  on Friday 5th March we will hold a short Zoom call. As we understand the difficulties that some people have with these platforms, this is not our AGM, rather it will be a drop in opportunity for questions and comment prior to the AGM date. We don’t hold a commercial  Zoom account so this call could be limited to 40 minutes on the free platform. If you are unable to access Zoom, please don’t hesitate to ask questions via the email friendsofshorehambeach@gmail.com

2)  by Saturday 13 March we are asking for members to return the voting slips ( see Doc 5 below) through which we are seeking changes to our Committee and constitution. These can be returned by email or post to the address on the form.

3)  on Monday 15^th March, the committee will meet by Zoom  to ratify your decisions and begin working with the new mandate.
