FoSB Beach Clean team were delighted to be awarded a grant in support of our new TUTT initiative ( Tidy up the Tideline) which will enable us to purchase child-sized litter pickers and florescent vests for family beach cleaning

The TUTT initiative proposes monthly or bi-monthly family focussed beach cleans of one hours duration, along the tideline where most of the debris accumulates. We will start with talks on things of interest relevant to the beach and the LNR and have competitions and “most unusual object”  and generally encourage a “care for your beach” attitude amongst the young.

This will be officially launched on April 24th at the Beach Clean and Shoreham Fort visit, 2pm at the Fort and will use an email and Facebook notification system of future dates, locations and times.
