A windy January removal of Three-cornered garlic
On Monday, 13 January, three valiant volunteers with Ranger Craig Ifield and Jacky Woolcock, set out to clear Three-cornered garlic at the Winterton Way entrance to the LNR.
The flag needing anchoring with large stones and no way would the notice stay up in the wind. However we stuck it out for one and a half hours and agreed that it was too cold for coffee and too windy to continue. We had removed a large proportion of the garlic so went home cold but satisfied.
