FoSB spend a day clearing an invasive species
In late October three members of the FoSB clearing team achieved an impressive volume of Tree Mallow clearance.
Tree Mallow has become invasive in parts of Shoreham Beach local nature reserve (LNR). Before it takes over the area of diverse flora opposite Winterton Way (on the LNR), FoSB took action.
Two of the team worked opposite Winterton Way, while another volunteer continued the clearing work South of the boardwalk. A pleasant morning in the sun!
